Shipping and Delivery

We have sent thousands of shipments to more than 50 countries around the world. We place great emphasis on speed and convenience in delivery. We will ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible.

Delivery time

Orders in stock are dispatched no later than the next working day after ordering.

Delivery in the Czech Republic and Slovakia: Most orders are delivered within 3 working days from ordering. You can track each order online using a tracking number that we will send to your email address. If you choose delivery to a collection point, you will select it after you complete your order. Do you want your package delivered to AlzaBox? We also deliver to the following pick-up locations throughout the Czech Republic via Zásilkovna.

In other EU countries, you can usually expect your Skinners within 5 working days of ordering. We provide online tracking for every order, so you will always know where your package is right now.

Outside of EU countries we usually deliver within 1 week, but for more distant countries it may take a little longer. You can always track your package online using tracking. When delivering to non-EU countries, you should always keep local laws and tax rules in mind. In this case, any customs fees and taxes are your responsibility.

Cash on delivery

You can pay for shipments to the Czech Republic upon receipt by cash on delivery. Simply pay the courier or the collection point with cash or card upon receipt. Please make sure on the carrier's website that your chosen collection point allows the type of payment that suits you.

Order tracking

We will provide tracking for each order, so you can keep track of the delivery status. You will receive a tracking link in your email once your order has been shipped.
