Returning goods
- The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. We refund the price of the product and the price of our cheapest shipping. Postage cannot be refunded.
- To return the goods, print the form, which you send together with the goods to the address indicated on the form.
- For hygienic reasons , we do not accept worn or washed products. We ask that you always test Skinners on a clean surface. Customers can only return a product if it is in the same condition as when they received it. This means that Skinners must be returned new, unused and complete. Please note that worn or dirty Skinners are non-refundable and non-refundable.
- If you purchased a product from a third party that sells our product, we do not accept refunds for this product. All sales made with third-party sellers must be settled where the purchase was made, including online third-party sellers (such as Amazon).

Exchange of goods
Exchange of sock shoes is not possible, we only accept returns. In the case of shoes, returns and exchanges are possible.
