I want to return the goods (14-days withdrawal period)

You can return purchased items within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.

How to proceed

  1. Fill in and print the return form.
  2. Pack the product – clean, unused, in its original packaging.
  3. Send it to this address:

  4. Done! Once we process the return, we’ll refund your money (no later than within the legal 14-day period after receiving the package).

Return form

Always try Skinners on a clean surface. Please note that only clean and unworn items can be returned. Try them on with a sock on a clean surface to check if the size fits. Worn or dirty Skinners are not eligible for a refund.

I want to exchange the goods

We understand that the size or color might not be perfect on the first try. We offer two exchange options.

Fastest way: return and reorder

We recommend this as the quickest and most reliable option:

  1. Return the product as described above in the return section.
  2. Place a new order with the desired size or color.

Your new pair is reserved immediately, and if it’s in stock, we’ll ship it without delay. You won’t have to wait for the exchange process, which can take a few days after the returned item is received. We’ll refund the original product within the legal 14-day timeframe after it arrives at our warehouse.

Ideal if you're in a hurry or if the item might sell out quickly.

Exchange via form (takes longer)

If you don’t want to place a new order, you can return the item with the exchange form:

  1. Fill in and print the exchange form.
  2. Indicate the desired size or color you want to exchange the product for.
  3. Pack the item – clean, unused, in its original packaging.
  4. Send it to this address:

  5. All done! Once we process the package, we’ll refund your money (no later than within the legal 14-day period after receipt).

Exchange form

Note

  • We do not reserve the new pair. The exchange is processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item within a few business days.
  • If the requested size/color sells out in the meantime, we’ll refund your money.

Important restrictions

  • Skinners (e.g. Comfort 2.0) cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. If they don’t fit, you can return them within 14 days and order a different variant.
  • Shoe exchanges are only possible for the same model (e.g. Globetrotter Navy for Globetrotter Cloud Grey). You cannot exchange one type of shoe for another (e.g. Moonwalker for Easygoer).
  • You can only exchange size or color.

 

I want to claim the goods

We're sorry something isn't working as it should. Our warranty period is 2 years, and we always handle claims fairly and without unnecessary delays.

How to proceed

  1. Email us at [email protected]. Include your order number, a brief description of the defect, and a photo of the defective product. You can find the order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order (e.g. SH12345).
  2. We’ll get back to you within 30 days with the result of your claim.
  3. If the claim is accepted, we’ll offer you a replacement or a refund.

Claims cannot be made for normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use (e.g. walking on asphalt with a model designed for nature).

Frequently asked questions

When will I receive my refund if I withdraw from the contract within 14 days?

Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. However, we usually manage it sooner.

Who pays for the return shipping?

The customer covers the shipping cost when returning goods to our warehouse.
In case of an exchange, the customer pays for the return shipping to our warehouse. We cover the cost of sending the exchanged goods.

How should I properly pack the goods for return?

In a box to prevent damage and in the original packaging. Sock shoes must be clean and only tried on.
