Return of goods

You can return purchased items within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.

How to proceed

  1. Fill in the return form on this page.
  2. Pack the product – clean, unworn, and in the original packaging. Include the code you receive after completing the form inside the parcel. It is sufficient to write it on a piece of paper.
  3. Send it to this address:

    You can use any carrier that suits you.
    Some carriers need to know our phone number for delivery to our warehouse. Please give them this number: +420 731 460 751
  4. Done! Once we process the return, we’ll refund your money (no later than within the legal 14-day period after receiving the package).

Always try Skinners on a clean surface. Please note that only clean and unworn items can be returned. Try them on with a sock on a clean surface to check if the size fits. Worn or dirty Skinners are not eligible for a refund.
