What is the difference between Regular and Wide?

If you are choosing your first barefoot shoes, we recommend choosing the Regular version. Regular also fits those with narrower to normal feet.

The Wide version is designed for those who need more room in the toe and instep area. If you are new to the barefoot world and have a wider foot, choose the Wide.

The Wide version is available on selected models in all sizes from EU36 to EU47.

But with other Leather and Thermal variants, you can treat your feet to other sensations. The insoles have the same thickness of 3 mm. The Leather variant with its upper leather layer fits perfectly with leather shoes and also has antibacterial properties.
